SubDL hosts a large catalog of subtitles you can search and download for free. Its apps bring that catalog into an Android player, desktop VLC, Stremio and Bazarr. With a paid plan, its translator takes a subtitle that already exists and translates it, keeping that subtitle's original timing. The apps can ask for a translation when your language is missing, and each one spends your plan's allowance.
A translation is only as well timed as the subtitle it started from. If that subtitle was made for a different cut of the film, the translation drifts the same way. SubDL has no Plex app. A Plex library gets SubDL subtitles through Bazarr, which needs Sonarr and Radarr to know what's in the library. StreamBridge already knows your library because it put the films in Plex, and saves each subtitle where every Plex app finds it.
SubDL gives you one file per language. StreamBridge can combine two languages into one subtitle, one line above the other.
